Lk 7:36-50

Jesus uses a parable to point out the difference between the woman’s attitude and actions and that of Simon the Pharisee. His righteousness prevents him from seeing what Jesus sees. Though an outcast, the woman humbly and lovingly offers Jesus the proper hospitality that Simon seems to have overlooked.

I judge often and harshly. Open my eyes to the beauty and possibility of every person no matter their situation.
