Lk 9:1-6

With the ministry in Galilee coming to an end, Jesus prepares those closest to him for the journey to Jerusalem and beyond. Jesus shares his power and authority with them and instructs them to travel as he would, focused not on their own needs but on the mission.

I have a habit of “over packing,” thinking it better to have too much than too little and I always regret it. I know I worry too much about my comfort and needs. Help me to set all that aside and focus on the mission.
